1) Can I use this SERDES for-

Fibre Channel (FC) protocol that builds on FC-AV (Fibre Channel Audio Video, defined in ANSI INCITS 356-2002) - link rates up to 8.5 gigabits per second (Gb/s) ?

2) Can i use it for newer Design/ any newer SERDES availabe?

3) Shall i get the PCB design files of TLK10002FPGAEVM ?, FPGA Design Files
