According to the data sheet, the part marking still has the > character and the B letter at the end of the part marking. Is it true that <B does not appear on the part and what is its meaning? T

Hi Pascal,

I investigated and reviewed in the database. The top marking will have only >B and there will no <B on the device. Regarding the T, all device will have AMT where it designated for internal only.
