I cannot find a pulse time for the I2C slave IRQ pulse when it is activated. The only thing I see in the documentation for this part is the deglitch time of 20ns, but I want to know how long the pulse width is for the I2Cs_IRQ when it is active.

The I2C IRQ on the TPS25750 is level controlled, not pulse controlled.
The TPS25750 will hold the IRQ line low until you access the IRQ_CLEAR register in the TRM. (TPS25750 Host Interface Technical Reference Manual)
