Hi Sir,

may we know if there is a problem whit this schematic?

becasue customer MBX test failure is too high, mainly due to USB port failure, for more than 70% of the failure rate.

Pls remove AC cap on all SSRX or change form 0.1uf to 330nf.

We’ve followed your instruction and completed the cross-test. Unfortunately, the result is the same. Failed.

Is it possible to send the defective chip to you for the further analysis?
