TUSB4020BI: way to connect the BATEN pin

Hi,

In the following post, I told you that the voltage of USB_DP_DN1 rises due to the influence of BATEN.

If you remove pull-up resistor for the BATEN , USB_DP_DN1 will not rise.(see the figure below)
What is the correct way to connect the BATEN pin? (Pull-up or pull-down, NC).

If you need BATEN enabled , it should be pulled up to 3.3v.

If not, just NC. there is PD inside.

How do you connected BATEN, can you send schematic?
