Hello,
Issue description: The part's datasheet describes that TPS65988 is powered from VIN_3V3, VBUS1 or VBUS2 with VIN_3V3 having highest priority. Our board has the following behavior: When VIN_3V3 comes up first the part is supplied from VIN_3V3 (until VIN_3V3 is removed) but when we use dead battery mode and VBUS1/2 comes up before VIN_3V3 the part would not switchover from VBUS supply to VIN_3V3.
HW description:
Port1 - Sink PDO 5V/3A, Source 5V/0.9A
Port 2 - Sink PDOs 5V/3A and 9V/3A
Both Port 1 and Port 2 could power the board and there is a third power source coming from the user.
VIN_3V3 pin is connected to an on board 3V3 regulator.

Is there any hardware or part configuration requirement so that the part supply switchover to work as described in datasheet?
