I spoke to our quality engineer and here is what I have found.
MIL-COM = represents standard commercial grade part number.
QML-Q (CLASS B):
* QML = Qualified Manufactures List
* Q = Military Performance Specification [MIL-PRF] 38535
* CLASS B = Items that have been subjected to and passed requirements of MIL-PRF-38535
JAN-B
*JAN = Joint Army Navy
* B = Items that have been subjected to and passed requirements of MIL-PRF-38535
