I want to know the recommended external pulldown value for M66EN.

Because, I operate the IC with a PCI clock of 33MHz (PCLK66_SEL=1、M66EN=0).

What is the recommended external pulldown value for M66EN?

See figure 9-2. This signals needs a pull-up resistor so that it is high by default; it is pulled low (without any resistor) by devices that run only at 33 MHz.

If you have a fixed system that always runs at 33 MHz, you can connect it directly to GND.
