As far as I know , TI have not introduced any integrated solution for IEEE 802.3bu PoDL protocol yet . We are interested in designing a circuit to handle basic requirement for transfer of power over SPE lines . Our considerations are :

- Max power transfer 15-20 Watt

- Nominal Voltage 48V DC

- Short circuit and over current protection , Automatic power restore after fault removal

- Fault indication

- Media DCR about 90 Ohm/Km
