will this one suffice?

Are there special capacitor specifications I should consider?

Yes; this crystal (and many others with the same specifications) will suffice.

The values of C1 and C2 depend on the specified load capacitance. The combination of C1, C2, the traces, and the chip must end up near 18 pF; the formula is C1 = C2 = 2 × (C_L − C_stray), where the stray capacitance depends on the board layout and is typcially about 5 pF.

C1 = C2 = 27 pF is OK.
