Hi,
What resolution are they trying to support?
Can you measure the differential output clock frequency? What frequency are you seeing?
Thanks
David
1. The resolution is 1024*600
2. The differential output clock frequency is 46Mhz.
Thanks
Alon

I don't see any issue with the schematic.
Have they tried to change the TFADJ resistor and see if helps?
Have they checking the setup/hold timing on the input side and make sure the setup/hold timing is ok and use the DK1/2/3 to adjust the de-skew?
Does this issue happen on all boards?
Thanks
David
Hi,
Can they double check and make sure they have sufficient solder paste to the TFP410 thermal pad? They can also try to reflow the TFP410 and see if it helps solving the issue.
If reflow the TFP410 does not help, can they swap the TFP410 between a good and a bad board to see if the issue follows the board or the unit?
Thanks
David
Hi,
Can you get in touch with our local office and submit the unit for FA?
Thanks
David
