Looking at the schematic, why do you have LCD_B5 connected to DATA0/1/7 and LCD_G5 connected to DATA8/9/15, and LCD_R5 connected to DATA16/17/23?

Can you double check the HPD and make sure the HPD is driven high?

Thanks for the Reply. We are using 18 bit LCD, but now I have modified my mistake I connect  LSB of each color to Ground. Still same Issue. I think HPD is detected monitor, because when I coonnect it to Monitor blue light glows it shows No signal, but after some time it disappeared.

Can you probe the clock output? Are you seeing a valid clock frequency? 

Are you setting BSEL high and use single-edge clocking?

CLK output from RGB signal is proper. BSEL connected to 3.3V throught 4.7K resistor.

Can you also measure the TXC+/- clock frequency? What is the resolution you are trying to support? Are you seeing a valid clock output on TXC+/-?

No output at TXC+/- clock Frequency. .Resolution I am trying is 1920 x 1080 pixel.

When you measured the TXC+/- clock frequency, do you have the output connected to 50ohm termination to 3.3V? The TXC+/- output needs to see 50ohm termination to 3.3V in order to have a valid output.
