For the CC controller, Is this a USB 2 or USB 3 design? There is only one item from the TUSB32x that will impact the power switch desired. This is EN pin polarity, you will want active low to interface with ID pin if you desire the TUSB32x to control VBUS directly.

TPS2034 can work based what you have shared. Will you be supporting up to 3A current? or greater than 3A? Desired current capabilities and other features like OCP will matter the most in selecting a part.
