My customer has a question about TPD2EUSB30.

I would be grateful if you could advice.

5.5V or more is applied to TPD2EUSB30 and the Zener breakdown occurs, and Iz = 30mAmax continues to flow.

Will the device break in this case?

Hello Shinichi,

There is no data for continuous breakdown current, so I cannot accurately say. Anything over 1 mA DC could potentially damage the device.
