Hi Hamzeh,

My customer thinks the current in the AppNote is small. Their requirement is 250mA at 120C temperature. Therefore they choose below Murata Solution 1 as below, is it ok? For 960&935, their actual frequency range is 25MHz--2GHz.

HI Hamzeh,

Could you please give me the reply? For 25MHz-2GHz@300mA or 400mA, we don't have appropriate solution. In the AppNote that you mentioned, the max current is only 250mA. In the 97x POC appnote, all solution is for 97x because the frequency range is 1MHz-5MHz which is not appropriate for 95x/96x.

For my my customer requirement, could you please help recommend an appropriate solution? 25MHz-2GHz@300mA or 400mA

Yes, you can chose either Solution #1 or #2 for your requirements.
