PCA9555: default state

Part Number: PCA9555
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TCA9555

dear

When using PCA9555RGER, an I/O expansion chip of TI, it was found that the default state of the I/O pin of the chip was high when it was powered on at normal temperature, but the state of the I/O pin of the chip was low when it was powered on at high temperature of 60~85 degrees for a period of time. What is the reason?

  any advise?thanks in advance
