DP83822I: 100Mbs Ethernet COLLISION signa

can you confirm the following:

Since 100Mbs full-duplex Ethernet cannot have collisions, can the COLLISION pin on PRGR1 be used as GPIO?

I would assume yes, and this is why it can be set as GPIO as well.
