DS16F95QML-SP: SEE Rating/Info

Does this part have an SEE radiation test ratings/info available? Tests from similar parts would be helpful if there is none available for this one.

Thanks, sorry about the repeat.

I do have a follow up though, if we were to go do SEE testing with this part, which requires parts to be delided, how could we do so?

Radek,

No worries about the repeat. And decapping is typically done by a third party. I can ask internally to see what companies typically do this, as I do not know the names.

Radek,

One company name I found was Chip Targets, though I know they can be a bit pricey. I'm not sure of any others near where you're located.
