Part Number: DS16F95QML-SP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADC128S102QML-SP,

Requesting Rad Hard reports for Dose Rate Effects, these would follow MIL STD 883 TM 1020, 1021, or 1023 and would be performed either at a Flash X Ray or Linear Accelerator.

  • Further information, this testing is frequently referred to as Prompt Dose testing, it is a significantly higher dose rate than High Dose Rate (HDR) Total Ionizing Dose (TID) Testing.

I'm also interested in the part number:

  • Sam,

Thanks for bringing this to E2E. The ADC128S102QML-SP is supported by our data converters group, so you'll need to make the post in that forum.

For the DS16F95QML-SP, let me work with our internal team to see if we have what you're looking for.

    Eric Hackett

  • Sam,

I spoke with our internal team, and this is not testing that TI does. We haven't done this for any similar products to the DS16F95QML-SP either. Typically customers will do this testing, but they never share the results. Unlike radiation testing, there is rarely anything published on prompt dose test results.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Regards,

    Eric Hackett
