Dear expert.

I am Koki Tsushima and thank you for your support about compatibles.

Customer want to replace TSUB214 to TSUB217A.

I have other questions for this within today.

Q.1

There are no mentions about Tj(max) for TSUB214.

Could you answer this? It is 125℃ for TSUB217A.

Is it same for 125℃？If not, what is the reasons?

Q.2

Are there any different points for their package?

The reason why I am asking is customer suspect Tj(max) should not be 125℃ if those materials are different.

Q.3

Are there any different points for their package for -Q1 devices?

Hi Koki-san,

1. TJ should not be 125C for either commercial or industrial variations. TJ limit for commercial part numbers is 85C and 105C for industrial part numbers. Are you referring to TUSB214-Q1 and TUSB217A-Q1?

2. There is not difference in the package between the two devices.

3. Q1 devices have the same package as well.

In addition, what is that value for TSUB214?
