Is the equivalent internal circuit of Vref same as SN65HVD253 shown as below figure?

    Hi Shotaro-san,

    Yes, the circuits here are very similar and can be represented by the figure shown. While the nominal values of the resistors shown are similar if not identical, note that the tolerances may not be as tight as the later SN65HVD252, as suggested by the Vref Output Voltage specifications.
