Serialize from mi 18-24RGB protocol

Hi Team, we would just like to confirm if there any device that can serialize from mi 18-24RGB protocol (from my MCU) to MIPI-DSI. From MCU to a display not from a camera to a MCU. The display uses 2- lanes mipi-dsi. Is the protocol MPL compatible with mipi-dsi? Mipi DSi uses negative and positive signals..
