DP83826E: Pin 21 Pull-up Resistor

Hi all,

Using the DP83826ERHBR, we have populated a 1kOhm resistor for pull up to 1V8, as per datasheet (see below):

The TI part needs a 9.5kOhm pull up according to datasheet (see below):

Would this still work if the 1kOhm is used for external pull up?
