TUSB211: Can we directly replace TUSB211 to TUSB214?

Hi TI experts,

We use TUSB211 for upstream port of TUSB4041I.

But we want to replace TUSB211 to TUSB214 due to TUSB211 L/T issue.

we want to replace the circuit and PCB without modification. 

Is it okay to apply TUSB214?

Is there a problem that you can predict?
