TSU6111A: How to use TSU6111ARSVR chip to realize the automatic detection function of USB?

Hi，expert：

When I used TUS6111ARSVR chip to complete the usB-to-UART function design of my hardware control board, I found that when I inserted the USB cable into my computer, the computer could not connect with the control board.TSU6111ARSVR chip does not realize automatic detection (This document mentions automatic detection function：www.ti.com/.../tsu6111a.pdf )and connected function.Note: The main chip of my control board is F280049C.Please help confirm and answer the following questions:
1. Whether the hardware circuit design of my USB-to-UART function is correct;

2. Is it necessary to configure 150K impedance to realize automatic detection function?Can I do this by connecting two resistors of 75K in series?

1: UART schematic is right.

2: 150k is not needed, where did you get this value?

In addition, I have another question to ask you: where should the 150K impedance as stated in the document be added?Or do not need to add, but there is how to achieve "150K impedance is detected"?

150k should be in UART to USB cable.
