Greetings,
1). Since this is a PCIe design, I am assuming signal driving EXP_A_TX_n_DP/N all have AC coupling Caps.
2). Pin 24 is VIN. I am not sure why it is called GND on U84 pin designator.
3). PRSTN# is tied to GND through 0-ohm Resistor. Label for this pin is PWDN. Please use correct name for the pin.
4). PWDN pin typically is tied to PERST# - after this signal has been inverted.
5). VDD_Sel pin 25 is tied to GND – 3.3V Mode. However, pin 24 – VIN labeled as GND – is floating. Please note in 3.3V mode we need to connect pin 24 – VIN to 3.3V supply.
Please update DS80PCI810 pin designator as shown in the DS80PCI810 data sheet( https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/ds80pci810.pdf?ts=1636419181287&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fsitesearch%252Fdocs%252Funiversalsearch.tsp%253FlangPref%253Den-US%2526searchTerm%253Dds80pci810%2526nr%253D143 ) and let us review again. This way we would be able to review the schematic in more details.

The customer has made changes,Pls help review again. Thanks!
Hi Xiaofu,
Please note some comments below:
1). RXDET Pin 22: This pin is tied to GND through 0-ohm Resistor. Please note table 2 of the data sheet. This means we are selecting manual RX-detect and input is Hi-Z. Please make sure indeed this is what is needed for this application. For PCIe application this pin needs to floating or tied to GND through 20K-Ohm R.
2). Please note for SMBus operation, pins SMB_DATA_MAIN and SMB_CLK_MAIN need to be pulled up to 3.3V through 2K to 5K R.
3). Please note data sheet pin function related to pin#13. This is a reserved pin and must be tied to GND through 1K-R.
4). Please note data sheet pin function related to pin#23. This should be flaoting.
Other than these, schematic look ok. Please note data sheet pin functions and termination closely.
