MIL-STD-810H includes many test methods. Are you only interested in the high altitude and low pressure condition?

Yes, my question is related to low pressure conditions, which could impact the insulation and the breakdown voltage.

As I did some research, TI doesn't have any qualification for low pressure environment for this device. The qualification summary can be found in this webpage.
