Our data output format is YUVY 16bits and we use 2 lane settings for the sensor and SEDES configure.

we use sync mode.

the clock source is a CLK_IN 50MHz from ASDMB-50MHz.

we tried to enable continuous mode in reg 0x33[1] but it still lighted up only two cams.

if there are only 2 lane for CSI port so that ub962 only use 2lane output, Could it light up four cameras simultaneously?

If it couldn't, is it the ub962's limit?

Hello Jerry,

For the above mentioned resolution and data type you need all 4 CSI-2 lanes to be able to support it. You can't use less than 4 lanes.

With 2-lanes you will be able to support only two cameras.

This is the limitation of the CSI-2 output port. This can support max 1.6Gbps/lane. So you can just bypass the data incoming from one camera + overhead.
