    Can you please share a pdf version of your schematic? I am not able to view this picture clearly.

    Are you using the synchronous mode? Please confirm.

    You will need to use the correct strap (see Table 7-8. Strap Configuration Mode Select). Make sure 0x03[4] is the correct setting if you are using the strap mode pin to set the mode.
