The clamp diodes are plain silicon diodes. As shown in the absolute maximum ratings, they allow 0.5 V, regardless of time.

Thank you. but,

It has exceeded VCC + 0.5V and -0.5V for a period of 10 to 20ns.
Please tell me the allowable value from this.

Which signals have the overshoot / undershoot? TI does not define an allowable time to exceed the absolute max ratings.
