My customer want to simulate THVD8000 with PSpice for TI.

Ryo,

Unfortunately we do not have a simulation model available for the THVD8000, at least not a SPICE model. Typically we release IBIS models for our transceivers, but I don't believe we have one of those available either. I'm notifying our RS-485 and THVD8000 expert of this thread to comment further.
