Please help recommend a video conversion IC from optical fiber to HDMI?

Hi team,

One of our customers needs a video conversion IC from optical fiber to HDMI:

The optical fiber output is a LVPECL level signal, which is a differential signal, which needs to be converted into HDMI signal and sent to LCD display.

The application of the whole product is as follows: It is a video optical transceiver product.

Firstly, the camera collects the video signal, outputs the analog hdcvi signal -- > to the AD conversion / digital processing chip, and then converts it into one LVDS differential signal output (D + / D -) --- > input to the optical fiber converter 1, and outputs the optical fiber signal after internal conversion

---->It is transmitted to the input end of optical fiber converter 2, converted into a LVPECL differential signal output -- >, and then input to the "conversion IC" described in this question, and converted into HDMI video signal to the display.

The optical fiber converter 2 is an ordinary 1x9 transceiver integrated optical fiber module (Fig. 1), 155Mb / s, single-core single-mode fiber. The output is LVPECL level. The specific parameters are shown in Fig. 2. The i7090 chip is used internally (Fig. 3):

Is there such a "conversion IC" that can be recommended? If there is no HDMI output, others such as VGA and Display can also be recommended.
