TUSB3210 Vendor ID and Product ID

   For USB designs with TI's TUSB3210, can the end product use TI's VID and PID, or is it mandatory for the developer to acquire their own Vendor ID?  Please advise.

    The quick answer is that we never recommend that customers use the default VID/PID for our programmable solutions due to potential conflicts with any other end product that may have ignored this advice form a different customer but that needs a different driver.

    Further, our adopters agreement does not allow us to directly allow customers to use the TI VID without a signed legal agreement in place authorizing such usage and assigning them a unique PID to use.
