Hi Team,
We have TPS65981EVM in house and we have completed development on that. Now we hade made customize board using TPS65981 and we are facing issue while configuring TPS65981.
We have couple of questions regarding TPS65981 single time configuration.
1) If the assemble board is fresh and we haven't done any programming in TPS65981 then is there any default profile is loaded in it ? I mean when I had inserted Type C cable on our board then I got 5V at VBUS pin but I didn't get any voltage at VCC_PPHV. Do we get 5V default out at VCC_PPHV pin if we have inserted Type C cable and haven't done programming ?
2) We are trying to program TPS65981 using USB-SPI board came with EVM. We have used SPI connection coming from Aardvark connector and connected it to our SPI flash of PD controller. Please find attachment for the same. We didn't get succeed in programming ? Is there any extra pin required for TPS65981 programming using EVM ?
