TPS65981: External Flash Programming Issue

Hi Team,

We have used  TPS65981 on our board and we are facing issue while flashing external SPI flash of  TPS65981.

We have measured 5V at VBUS pin and 2.7V at internal LDO_3V3 but LDO_1V8A showing 0V where as LDO_1V8D showing 0.4V.

As per datasheet when TPS65981  get 5V at VBUS pin, IC will internally generate all power rails. Can you please guide us to solve this issue ?

    Hi Jay,

    I would recommend double checking your schematic from the Layout section of the datasheet, this is the correct way those signals should be connected and anything else could be pulling down the voltage. The voltages will need to be as expected, especially for LDO_3V3 for the flash to be powered correctly. Depending on how those power signals are connected on external circuitry of your schematic will determine if there is anything pulling current which could be messing up those signals.
