TCA9617A: slave side pulse lost

Hi, expert

My customer met an issue about slave side pulse lost, the VCCA is 1.8V and VCCB is 3.3V, there is one pulse not transmit, could you please help analysis the reason? Thanks.

The SCKB and SDAB are not connected together in their board.

    Hi Chen,

    From the scope captures, I measure that clock speed is roughly cycling at 200kHz? Can we also get scope captures of the clock signal as well? 

    Does this same ACK bit error occur at different duty cycles? Like sending data 0x00 vs 0xFF. 

    What is the output current Io of the data lines? How much current is being sunk?
