Hi Vineeth,

We cannot share the complete model on E2E, but we can provide thermal metric values for your simulation and calculation needs. Which thermal parameters are you interested in?

I have requested that our thermal modeling team find thermal parameters for this device. With the US holiday, it will likely be next week that we get these results. Thanks for your patience.

The maximum allowed Tj is 130C.
