TCAN1043A-Q1: VCC: UVCC(R) vs. Recommended Operating Conditions

Hi Team,

quick question around VCC.

UVCC(R) is spec'ed with typ 4.1V and max. 4.4V, whereas the recommended operating conditions for VCC was spec'ed for 4.5V.

If we have a slow ramp of VCC, are there any corner conditions that we need to be aware for the gap of 4.1V up to 4.5V?
For the time being, I assume that the device will already be functional from 4.1Vtyp onwards, but it is not yet in the 4.5Vmin from the recommended operating range.

The recommended operating conditions specify for which supply voltages the electrical characteristics are guaranteed.

As long as the supply is above 4.1 V but not yet 4.5 V, the device is enabled (not in undervoltage lockout), but the electrical characteristics might not be met. (This happens only if the delay between 4.1 V and 4.5 V is longer than 200 µs.)

I will check with the customer if this will be a concern.
