Hi Team,
My customer designed their board with TUSB6250.
He installed TI USB EEPROM Burner to their computer however faced an error when erasing the EEPROM as the following. 
- Click "Erase EEPROM", then the following "Error" occurred.
The issue is identical to the content on page 11 however EEPROM is installed on their board and it isn't hardware protected.

1) Do you have an idea why the error occurred?
2) Does EEPROM Burner require PC to support High-speed USB (480M)?
3) My customer uses 24LC256 for EEPROM and sets the following. Is it correct?
A0: pull up to VCC(3.3V) with 10K
A1: GND
A2: GND
