My customer has a DS90UB947board and a DS90UB936 board, He wants to convert the LVDS to MIPI-CSI finally, please check if it is possible to use this two board?

LVDS - >947--> FPDLINKiii ----cable------FPDLINKiii--> 936---->MIPI-CSI

If not, please advice a solution, Thanks

Hello Lidong,

947 is not compatible with 936, however there is a different solution to make this conversion which is DS90UB947-Q1 -> DS90UB940N-Q1

Please double confirm whether 940 can work as deserializer of 947 or not?
Is there any other part can work with 947 to convert LVDS to MIPI-CSI.

Hello Lidong,

Yes this is exactly what I provided in my previous response. 947 is compatible with 940 and can be used to convert LVDS to MIPI-CSI-2
