I’m looking for some technical support regarding DS90LV049QMTX. We had a test situation where we believe the ground of DS90LV049QMT for milliseconds was at least 5V ie. 1.7 higher than the 3.3V rail. The return current was in the range of 80 mA. Upon review of the datasheet there is no information describing the ability of the part with respect to surviving such an over stress or possibility of latent damage.
