TMDS181: OE pin threshold

Hi expert,

Our assigned customer ask us about the threshold of OE pin.

Regarding the datasheet, VIL<0.8V, VIH>2.6V. But customer only see the OE pin is 0.6V when the TMDS181 is operating, is it correct behavior? The configuration is same as Figure.24.

    Can you please share the TMDS181 schematic and do they have the the TMDS181 thermal pad properly soldered to the PCB ground? 

    Please also note the condition on the VIL<0.8V, VIH>2.6V is that "These values are based upon a microcontroller driving the control pins. The pullup/pulldown/floating resistor configuration will set the internal bias to the proper voltage level which will not match the values shown here".
