SN65DPHY440SS: IBIS model

Hello Expert,

Our customer consider to use this device.
Then they want to confirm performance by simulation but this device only have S parameter.

Could you provide IBIS model of this device?

Also, I think it is stupid questions but I want to know it.
I think S parameter is black box parameter between input and output.
However this closed S parameter are RX and TX.
So I confused that this device has each direction's S parameter even though S parameter is bidirectional parameter.
Would you tell me how to use disclosed S parameter?

The S-parameter model provides a separate transmitter model and a receiver model, it does not provide a full path from the RX to TX. We do have an encrypted HSpice model available for HS only, but no IBIS model.
