Hi Alex,

Sorry, this wasn't addressed earlier. I looked at the old thread again and saw there are some failures / behaviors we need to address.

From my understanding we only have TDA 2.2.6 to be addressed, right? If not, can you please summarize all the failures? We will try to close this ASAP.

Hi Alex,

Your configuration shows only Sink capabilities. If it does not have any source capabilities, it should be rejecting PR_Swap. Can you confirm that your system is designed for SINK only?

Can you share the TDA.2.2.6 failure logs as well? GRL captures the PD transaction. I would need that for investigation.

This could be a FW bug . I have asked a developer to check if a fix is applicable. If it is I will let you know the next steps and our schedule.

Hi Alex,

I did, thanks. The failure is the PD's inability to process a PR_Swap message when the PD contract revision is PD2. This is being reviewed by internal team.

Hi Alex,

Here is a test binary that should respond to PR_Swap with a 'Reject' message. Can you please test it out?

You need to point to the new binary in General Settings-> Firmware Base Image

Hi Alex.

Thanks for the response. What I shared with you is not a formal release.

I am waiting on an internal team to make an official release. It is recommended to use the formal release for your production.
