HD3SS3212: HD3SS3212I USB3.0 MUX test item fail on the LFPS

Hi team,

My customer is using the USB3.0 MUX HD3SS3212I to do the compliance test but they get a test fail item on LFPS .
After test LFPS value is 132 mV and over the LFPS SPEC (<100mV) of USB3.0 .
Pls  double review the  schematics and suggest how to solve this fail item.
