Could you please let me know the thermal pad dimension document of LMH1218?

The package is RTW.

I can only find "SIZE AND SHAPE SHOWN ON SEPARATE SHEET" message from the mechanical data on the datasheet.

I don't understand how to interpret the WQFN(24) thermal pad dimensions from AN-1187.

What is the thermal pad of LMH1218 exactly?

Hi Itoh-San,

Please refer to the data sheet page 55. Thermal pad is exposed copper at the bottom of the device. This pad provides GND and thermal relief for the device.

Also, this thermal pad is divided into 4 solder paste squares - note figures 28,29, & 30 of the data sheet. please refer to the app note or EVM pcb layout for the dimensions of these squares.

Please refer to AN-1187 figure 21. B=0.2 mm, C=0.1 mm, and A=2.6 mmX2.6 mm.
