Can i program this chip using SPI instead of MDIO interface?

For TLK6002 TI developed MDIO software called Sonic. Refer to the user's guide below.

The Sonic software appears to not be downloadable from the TI.com product page. You may go to the E2E post per link below, it has the software file attached to it which you can download

Dear Rodrigo

Can use SPI interface of Microcontroller to program (MDIO) TLK6002?

Sonic is PC software ---->[Micro controller SPI] ----> MDIO
