XIO2001: Does the XIO2001IPNP support polarity reversal on its PCIE_RX interface?

Hello TI Interface forum,

Does TI's XIO2001IPNP support polarity reversal (swap P and N) on its PCI Express RX interface (RXP and PXN pins, pins 87 and 88 respectively).  To improve board layout, I'd like to hookup the upstream device's TXp to XIO2001IPNP's RXn pin and upstream device's TXn to XIO2001IPNP's RXp pin.
