HD3SS3220: Question about connection of receptacle

Hello team,

I have a question about the connection between MUX and receptacle.

From the EVM user guide, TX pins are connected to SSTX of receptacle for UFP, but TX pins are connected to SSRX of receptacle for DFP.

Is there rule of connection of them? Does customer need to check if UFP or DFP and design them based on these connections?

DFP schematic may be wrong, but let me confirm.

ok, for DFP, designer just swap TX and RX on both sides of Mux for easy layout.
