Hi,
I noticed that CAN IC-TCAN1044-Q1 has different versions, TCAN1044DRQ1 and TCAN1044VDRQ1. My question is what does this suffix "V" stand for? Thanks!

Rogers,
Thanks for bringing this question to E2E. The V suffix stands for the VIO version, which will have pin 5 as the VIO input. This allows the device's logic pins (STB, TXD, RXD) to be used at different IO logic levels to interface with the MCU. For instance, applying 1.8V to VIO will shift the TXD, RXD, and STB thresholds to a 1.8V logic level.
